We use specially designed, eco-friendly packaging that holds the pot securely in place while locking in soil moisture. The foliage is carefully wrapped to protect delicate stems and leaves, ensuring your sapling arrives healthy and vibrant.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, transit times usually range from 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your sapling leaves our nursery.
We closely monitor national weather patterns. If there are extreme temperature drops or heatwaves in your area, we may slightly delay your shipment to protect the plant, or we will include specialized thermal packaging to keep your sapling safe in transit.
While we pack our plants with the utmost care, transit can sometimes be rough. If your sapling arrives damaged, please email [satyadeeparya21@gmail.com] our support team with a clear photo of the plant and the box within 48 hours of delivery. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Unbox your plant immediately! Gently remove the packaging, check the soil moisture, and give it a small drink of water if the topsoil feels dry. Place the sapling in an area with bright, indirect light for a few days to let it acclimate to its new environment before repotting.
We recommend waiting at least 3 to 5 days before repotting. Moving to a new home is stressful for plants, and giving them time to adjust prevents transplant shock. When you are ready, choose a pot that is 2 to 3 inches wider than the current root ball.
