How to Grow & Care

• Sunlight: This is the most important step! Your lemon plant needs full, direct sunlight (at least 6 to 8 hours a day) to grow strong and produce fruit.

• Soil & Planting: Plant it in rich, well-draining soil. If planting in a pot, ensure it has large holes at the bottom so water can drain out easily. It hates sitting in mud.

• Watering: Water the plant regularly. Check the top inch of soil; if it feels dry, give it a deep watering until water flows out the bottom of the pot. Let the soil dry out a bit between waterings.

• Feeding (Fertilizer): Lemon plants are very hungry! Use a special citrus-specific fertilizer once a month during the spring and summer growing seasons to help it grow healthy leaves and fruit.

• Pests: Keep an eye out for common pests like aphids or spider mites. A gentle spray with an organic Neem Oil mixture is a safe and easy way to keep them away.
